Does Royal Iron Fist still give the power boost, too?
Wound modifiers are done via barrages now, so that part of it is kinda moot.
Broken Earth is a tough one...it's Rush which is fine, but strength for a dodge check? That's just dangerous. I'd say you could roll this action into a standard dodge check using speed, but you'll still need to use speed itself to dodge.

That's a supplement, not a power. You don't get all those things from a power. Also Formless is flat-out denied as are those boost numbers.
What you probably want is a +5/rank boost to physical Power and Precision as well as a tweaked version of Barrier Breaker, or to put aside the additional ability and add an additional +5/every even rank to the boost.
