Power Skill - Hollow Resonance Power Description: Alex's hollow power revolves around the creation and use of electrical energy. On her own, she can generate electricity within herself, and send this throughout her body or whatever she is holding. This can cause electrical surges, loss of motor control in living creatures, or just set things ablaze from the heat of the energy she produces. While powerful, the range of this inherent strength is limited. When she wants to start affecting the world outside her immediate reach, she can use the energy in another manner. Namely in the creation and manipulation of magnetic fields. As she gains ranks in her power skill, her control over her electricity, and thus the magnetic fields she can generate increases. At beginner, she might only zap someone, or send a metal cup flying away from her hand. With intermediate, she could limit her shock to disable without damaging someone, or cause magnetic objects to float around her. At master, she could have a fine enough degree of control to jumpstart someone's heart, or charge non magnetic or metallic objects like rock or sand for her uses, though with a noticeably drop in her ability to freely manipulate such things.

Your counts are just a bit off. You missed two posts in Presumption when you added it up, bringing your total words to 3,030 (60 GP) and your first and third posts in It's Always Hell On the Way Back Down were oh so slightly over-estimated, which caused your total to rest at 5,849 (116 GP.)
With these two changes factored in, the claim total jumps up by 20 extra GP. You are approved with a new bank of 160 GP!
Seireitei is crumbling and the Gotei is a shell of its former self. Ravaged by the plague, the surviving Shinigami struggle to maintain the balance, but with so few of them left, the work is taxing and their fortress-city has fallen to neglect. Spread thin across all fronts, their diminished presence has been noted by friend and foe alike.
The Arrancar have rebuilt Las Noches and are rallying. The throne remains empty, but self-styled Espada have risen up from among them and are vying for control, each one endlessly testing the others’ weaknesses. Too evenly matched for any one of them to claim the crown, they bide their time, waiting for the opportune moment.
On Earth, all seems well—but there is a war being fought in the shadows as the mortals find themselves lacking the protection they once had and so sorely need. The Quincy, having realized the oppressive specter of the Shinigami is no more, are flourishing, and are fighting the Hollow-breeds with renewed vigor.
