If that's mitsu's ruling, then alright. However, i believe all masteries now have to be approved for use =/. Other then that, the gp spending looks great, but i suggest evening the skill ranks out, but that's just me.
I see...Thank you for your concern, but having my character be awesome in some respects and a failure in others just seems too fun to pass for now )
I haven't an issue with it. She dropped from GM to just Master, I'd say that's plenty enough. I'll speak with Mitsu to get a more accurate answer.
Thank you. To tell the truth, I can't exactly remember having GM Reiatsu Perception - but I have a horribly bad memory, so it might as well be right. I like that skill mastery a lot, so if it doesn't get approved then I know what I will dedicate the rest of my life to ^_^

So, hey, we've had a lot of systems changes recently and you'll most likely need to get your techniques and possibly your power tweaked and re-evaluated. You can hit me up by PM or AIM/Skype (account names in my profile) if you want a hand with that process, or if you aren't all that interested in mechanical combat, feel free to just write as you like until you actually need your mechanics for something, and then we'll sort it out.
New version of techs posted after a very helpful discussion with Colin. Hopefully I got everything right. Also - skill bonuses added in the first post, because I find it impossible to remember them otherwise. ^^'

In the interests of full disclosure, I designed these fixes/redos over PM. In the interest of hurrying things along because mechanics is moving a little slow these days, I'll also Approve them. If anyone else in mechanics wants to have a look and apply further fixes if needed, though, feel free.
Adding two more techs. They have been designed with Colin's wonderful help, over PM. Hopefully I didn't forget any of the edits...Would like them officially approved, please. Oh - guess I have to opt in now...
>Name: Ace! pinch hitter >Level(s) of release the tech is available at: First release+ >Relevant Skill(s) & Ranks: Ace Batter – Advanced+ >Stat(s) Involved: Strength, Spirit, Defense >Flavor Description: It’s all about energy. Nothing disappears, nothing gets created, everything is transformed. Changing energy from one form into another is just how things like stars, power plants and human beings function. And like a hydroelectric power plant uses the force of water to produce electricity, so does Ace, using her Quincy ability, manage to store in her bat some of the energy of the attacks she blocks (the rest is lost to entropy). >Effect: Whenever an attack that comes into contact with Ace’s bat that is not negated by Superior or Dominant Defender in a block or defense check she gains a charge. For every tier the attack is over Equivalent Combatants an additional charge is gained; Ace can maintain a number of charges equal to her rank in Ace Batter. When used, these charges provide a boost to Strength, Spirit or Defense(+10 for each charge). Ace can choose how many charges to use at one time (they stack). >Casting Time: N/A >Duration: Lasts indefinitely >Limitations: Entropy: Charges can be maintained for a number of turns equal to Ace’s rank in Ace Batter plus one, after which their energy dissipates too much to be of use. >Cooldown (if any): N/A >Stamina Cost: 2 sta/charge
>Name: Ace! air gear >Level(s) of release the tech is available at: Sealed+ >Relevant Skill(s) & Ranks: Ace! Baserunner - Basic+ >Stat(s) Involved: >Flavor Description: 'Stay in one place so I can kill you already!' Ace summons a row of four wheels under each of her feet, transforming her steel-toed leather boots into inline skates. The pattern of white seams on their light-blue surface resembles the one of a baseball. This construct allows Ace to defy gravity and move at unexpected angles, managing to avoid attacks easier while not being necessarily faster. >Effect: Ace decreases her dodge requirement by one tier >Casting Time: Single Action >Duration: Maximum number of turns=Number of ranks in Ace Baserunner >Limitations: 1 modifier max from techniques at any given time. >Cooldown (if any): 1 turn >Stamina Cost: 8 per dodge check, upkeep of 1 stamina per turn. Costless (and effectless) when used outside a fight
New tech. Would appreciate some help with it! >Name: 'The fool' >Level(s) of release the tech is available at: Sealed+ >Relevant Skill(s) & Ranks: Reiatsu Perception - Master+ >Stat(s) Involved: >Flavor Description:'Say, am I a liar?' By combining her Quincy ability of altering spiritual particles and her uncanny skill for distinguishing their faintest nuances, Ace has become able to modify the superficial layer of her own spiritual pressure. This enables her to pose as a being of a different race. The trick extends to her baseball bat, which can, for example, aquire the spiritual 'feel' of a Zanpakuto. >Effect: Changes Ace's apparent reiatsu signature to the one of another race. Distinguishing between common subraces (eg. Quincy from Fullbringers) is permitted. >Casting Time: Single action >Duration: Up to a number of turns twice her rank in Reiatsu Perception >Limitations: Reiatsu level cannot be masked. Does not work for Prestige classes. Those with a higher rank in Reiatsu Perception can see through it, and those with equal rank can sense the existence of a disguise. >Cooldown (if any): 4 rounds >Stamina Cost: 10 stamina to start, 3 sta/post after the first 5 posts
Wait, let me get this straight. This technique is designing only to make you look like the member of another race? Not copy their reiatsu exactly, but just emulate a member of their race. I.E Fighting Me or Mitsutaka and you use this, you only gain Prestige Human or Vizard reiatsu aura to cloak with, not Mitsutaka or Adimus Reiatsu? If that's the case, then this is horribly over priced.
Indeed, it is not made with the intention of copying somebody's reiatsu precisely. But I didn't imagine simply as a 'mirror' either (that means, I would like Ace to be able to mimic a member of whatever race via reiatsu, regardless of who else is in the thread). Given your specific example, I have to say that at first I limited this tech to everything-but-Prestige, given the fact that she wouldn't be likely to have encountered somebody with that sort of spiritual pressure...But if it's not a problem, I can make it work for non-Prestige classes, as well as Prestige classes she encountered (in roleplay).
What can I say, I tend to price my techs according to what I perceive to be their coolness level. ^^' Would 7 sta be all right? Would be interested if I have to increase the price (and how much) to change the duration to 'indeterminate'.

Intermediate: Your ability to manipulate spiritual particles has grown, allowing you to hit multiple targets (up to three) with your typical arrows in one action. You gain the listed Ransō Tengai as a free ability.
I would like to change the italicized part with something which allows Ace to curve the trajectories of her projectiles up to an angle such as 90 degrees. Seems more fitting to me. An additional idea (which is probably overpowered, but I can at least ask) would be the possibility of trajectories with angles up to 180 degrees (180 being a 'boomerang'-type attack), with everything between 90 and 180 requiring two combat actions.
So…uhm…with the inauguration of Ace!’s brand new Evil Lair, I thought this might come in handy.
>Name: “Safe” >Level(s) of release the tech is available at: All >Relevant Skill(s) & Ranks: Reishi Manipulation >Stat(s) Involved: >Flavor Description: Ace! has brought baseball to such a distinct level of awesome that reality just tears around it. That’s how she would describe it, anyway. Honing her Reishi Manipulation skill, the girl has become able to open paths leading to other dimensions, or in some cases to specific places of the same dimension. Her portals take the shape of baseball bases lying on the ground – by default, 15 inches white squares, 5 inches thick – with the quality of radiating a soft golden light upwards into the air. Particularities include a representation of a home base(five-sided arrow, rather than a square) being used for portals to the World of the Living, and the pitcher’s plate (24x6 inches rubber band) corresponding to Ace!’s own Very Evil Lair. >Effect: Opens a gateway to a different dimension. These dimensions include Hueco Mundo, Soul Society, the Dangai and the World of the Living. While not necessarily on a separate plane, ‘Number base’ (Ace’s lair) should be considered ‘bookmarked’. >Casting Time: One round (1 action to open, 1 action to close) >Duration: Single action >Limitations: >Cooldown (if any): None >Stamina Cost: 10 sta
Also, I think Colin said in chat I could change the multiple-target Quincy thingie to baseballs ricocheting off targets, but I would like someone to officially post it’s all right before I change it. (or maybe it’s not all right, but it’d be better to know now)
Head of Public Safety Tsukimiya arrives in Hueco Mundo, intent on bringing justice to the criminals who have fled to the desert realm hoping to evade the long arm of the law. She finds what she is looking for in the throne room of Las Noches...
In an attempt to fill the vacuum left by the Queen and Primera's deaths, Segunda Espada Levi Grisha makes a play for the throne and gathers the Hollow-Breeds in order to stake his claim.
Meanwhile, a Shinigami assassin on an unsanctioned mission strikes at a hospital, aiming to rid the world of the Quincy queen's newborn children. Several Quincy rush to the queen's aid as Lieutenant Ogawa escalates the hostilites between mortals and Shinigami.
