So yes, I'm back. Though admittedly it most likely went unnoticed (Hell, I was gone for like 3 months and wasn't even moved to inactive), but regardless I am back and am down to get some threading in.
Before my disappearance I was planning to do a thread about Kalen's first mission. I would still love to do this thread if any are willing to join me for it. That being said, I am open to other plotlines as well. I'd like to get Kalen's story started so I'm going to refrain from playing the sidekick for now (maybe later Kalen will tag along for something).
Be sure to let me know if you want to do the mission thread, or shoot some other ideas.

Cool, let me know if you have any interesting ideas for how this could go down. Otherwise I can work something out, but we may need to wait for some more characters (maybe we could do a quincey run-in). If no one else shows up then it'll probably be a basic npc hollow hunt.

for clarity. Yuudai, when your thread reads
"You fought very well, I was impressed." Yuudai smiled, his feet carrying him back towards the strange woman who could somehow sense other beings and predict events.
who are you talking to? the context leads me to believe you're speaking to Kalen, however Janus wrote a response in which yuudai spoke to her. I'd just like to clear this up so janus or I can edit our response appropriately. Please clarify before posting again.
Seireitei is crumbling and the Gotei is a shell of its former self. Ravaged by the plague, the surviving Shinigami struggle to maintain the balance, but with so few of them left, the work is taxing and their fortress-city has fallen to neglect. Spread thin across all fronts, their diminished presence has been noted by friend and foe alike.
The Arrancar have rebuilt Las Noches and are rallying. The throne remains empty, but self-styled Espada have risen up from among them and are vying for control, each one endlessly testing the others’ weaknesses. Too evenly matched for any one of them to claim the crown, they bide their time, waiting for the opportune moment.
On Earth, all seems well—but there is a war being fought in the shadows as the mortals find themselves lacking the protection they once had and so sorely need. The Quincy, having realized the oppressive specter of the Shinigami is no more, are flourishing, and are fighting the Hollow-breeds with renewed vigor.
