v3 Edit, Changed her Power so that staff can hate it less for whatever reason they seem to hate her for though none have interacted with her.
v3 STATS, SKILLS, AND POWERS [ Music Moves my Soul ]
Initial Fullbring:: Music Moves my Soul Item: Headphones Power Effects: Janus can manipulate her body and soul separately to a degree, they are still connected by their Inga No Kusari. Janus can move one, and then "snap" the other into its position.
Release Effects: When Janus' releases, music begins streaming off her soul and body in the form of musical notes.
Release Effects: While Released she can create sonic explosions out of reishi during the beat of the music that is playing off of her soul. These do more the more on beat they are. IE during the bass drop during a song she deals far more damage than in the middle of a four count off-beat.
Act of Hoho :: Soul Toss Power Effects: This is Janus' version of Sonido, Hirenkyaku or Shunpo. Power Description: Janus is the first to admit how pathetic the name of this ability is. Jessica can actually throw her soul by its chain, and then rush her body to her soul’s location. It works a lot like Shunpo, Sonido or Hierenkyaku. The difference is that her enemy can see where she is going to land. Unlike the other movement skills, Janus cannot use this ability to stand in midair or anything that would not support her weight once her body catches up with her soul. In Release :: her body and soul reconvene they resonate a sonic explosion.
Act of Hakuda :: Mixed Martial Arts Soul Train Power Effects: This is Janus' version of Hakuda. She hits things with her soul and slingshots her body to enhance the blow, causing a small sonic resonance if she is currently released. Power Description: Janus uses randomly mixed attacks to conduct hand to hand combat. She can also swing out of a Soul Toss in order to train her body into her soul to enhance her hand to hand attacks.

I will keep janus from using any powers aside from punching until her 2nd release is approved. Im going back to her old power after power after discussions about the v3 mechanics with Shun. I apologize for the inconvenience breezey. Her stats will remain pre v3 until I get it worked out and passed by staff.
After learning how the new rules work and discussions about mechanics with Shun I'd like to keep her old power.
Changes :: Her Hoho and Hakuda now work like Normal Skills
Power :: Divination Power Effects:: Janus passively "sees" the future. This does not mean she sees the future, what she sees is more like an imaginary set of lines that changes based off the percentage chance that something is going to happen. This ability is passive, as in it is always working. How it works is what makes it a burden as much as a gift. Each choice or action someone CAN take, is one of those strands. Which is the reason that Janus does not like being in groups. The more people there are, the more potential decisions and the less Janus can focus or see into the future. Janus can see branches of the future when people are thinking about making a decision. Though until they act, it is not a solidified future.
Description: When released Janus' body and soul begin to move like a train, with her soul as the conductor. It is a fraction of a second ahead of each of Janus' actions. Her body is actually Janus now, and her soul is Future Janus. She can actively make one catch up with the other while released. They are connected by the Inga No Kusari. She can also see anyone's most prominent future self in a reishi outline of their next actions. Janus can use the Release Ability Once, she then falls out of release.
Release Mechanic: Clockwalk Janus can see the most likely future action of other characters. They can as well if they are within 25 yards of her. It looks like a reishi outline of them moving just ahead of their current action. While Released, for an action, Janus can make a single melee attack against their future self with her future self. (Provided she can get within melee range). This ability looks very distinct, as her soul literally blitzes their future and strikes at it before being pulled back to her body and ending her release. This ability can circumvent the single attack Action if used as the second Action in a post. After which her First Form goes on a minimum three post cool-down
Second Form Fullbring : Time is Fleeting Fullbring Item : Janus' Headphones Description: Janus' second release is identical to her first, except there are more future Janus and the range is extended to Fifty Yards. This release is Resonance and Speed based. Multiple future Janus move around the ring and Janus can choose which future path her body follows. This skill can be combined with Spirit Rush' version of Umedo. Making even more Janus appear. She can still use Clockwalk in 2nd release but it is now called Chrono Crash
Release Mechanic: Chrono Crash! Janus can attack with Resonance and Speed. She also gains a single advanced use of Clockwalk called Chrono Crash. This works like Clockwalk but all the Future Janus attack the future of her target. This costs an Action and allows the second action to be used to attack as well after using Chrono Crash, her release ends regardless of remaining posts and goes on a minimum five post cool-down.
i should probably clarify that i've only approved your power (ie seeing the future in that absurd block of text you've provided) but the actual releases need a ton of work before i'm okay with stamping off on them.
if i'm reading this correctly, for your first power you want to basically get a free action and auto hit someone's "future self" for free damage at the cost of getting forced out of your release. after a three round cooldown, you can release again. before i critique this, i wanna give you the chance to either confirm or better explain what you're trying to do, as this is all written rather clumsily.
as for your release, again, i'm just gonna stick with trying to clarify what you're wanting to do before getting into the details. are you asking for all of your attacks to be based on a resonance and speed hybrid check? are you also asking for an additional "technique" of sorts that allows you to multi-hit someone for an undetermined amount of hits for two actions (which also then forces you out of your release)?

Clarification :: Only the Final attack is Speed Based.
It does not give you a free action, all turns are 2 actions, it just allows her to attack twice during the post she shuts it down.
They do not auto hit, they work like a normal attack. Though by the rules you can't actually dodge anything short of advantaged defender. You can just reduce severity of wounds.
Basically, she does very little damage, lots of times.
Non Clumsy Way of Explaining the Mechanics. One post in release she can use both actions to attack. The second attack is Speed/Resonance as opposed to Strength/Hakuda All attacks are made per normal hybrid checks

Yet you allow the ability to bypass 3 levels of skills? Which means that with 1 mastery you invalidate all characters ability to defend against it. On top of it, speed is still bad because you need 4 masteries to do what 2 do when it comes to defense. Might want to rethink what passes... as far as balance goes.
Math is hard isnt it?
So Then you make Janus release, cause whatever I seem to ask for isn't allowed simply because the staff hates the character in general for whatever reason, when my first attempt to make a second release BECAME A MINOR SKILL IN V3. I'll just take what you say is ok.
She's fast, she can see the future, go for it. Or should I just say there is no release, she just gets the stat bonuses to speed and strength? I mean hell you invalidated strength with shunko anyway, melee and range off spirit.
