What am I supposed to edit, you've edited mine already xD
Also, while I get why you're doing this, and I can think of a way for having Nagisa going MIA, I don't really see Kasumi acting as if all of her Captains have mysteriously vanished
(especially because of the tempo bg has been going in aka as far as I know most chars haven't moved so far in the timeline because there has been very little activity in general. And while the timeline is certainly pliable to a degree, and I would have skipped a part of Kasumi's timeline if I was the only one posting slower, that's not the case with this dormant state and I'm not going to rush it forward for the hell of it. Just throwing it out there~)
I think most people would prefer to have an active captain rather than what's equated to a shut in who doesn't do a single thing (aka inactive.)
As it stands, though, I think the only captain would go "MIA" is Nagisa unless he decides to post today or tomorrow.
It's incredibly unfair to have spots like that because someone was there. It's not like Nagisa can't just come back and be like "I want my spot back" from whoever takes it. Which is probably for the better because it sparks drama and plots among people. Plus it forces the once inactive captain to post in a captain's challenge
Activity Check with start in about seven hours. Consider this your final warning!
Unless specified by someone with reasonable cause, (such as Kasumi wanting Nagisa to remain captain of the Second), players will lose their group, race rank, and earned ranks within their Division/Structure when marked inactive. Shigure and Genki Ogawa, I'd like to see your updated Divisions today, please. At the very least, let me know you've started working on them.
I haven't verified this myself, but I heard there was even shit as recently as him threatening to bring in Hazumi to deal with people who don't like Otto. Nothing forces you to pay attention like a "If you ignore or go against my my prestige level Shinigami gon' attack you." statement.
Seireitei is crumbling and the Gotei is a shell of its former self. Ravaged by the plague, the surviving Shinigami struggle to maintain the balance, but with so few of them left, the work is taxing and their fortress-city has fallen to neglect. Spread thin across all fronts, their diminished presence has been noted by friend and foe alike.
The Arrancar have rebuilt Las Noches and are rallying. The throne remains empty, but self-styled Espada have risen up from among them and are vying for control, each one endlessly testing the others’ weaknesses. Too evenly matched for any one of them to claim the crown, they bide their time, waiting for the opportune moment.
On Earth, all seems well—but there is a war being fought in the shadows as the mortals find themselves lacking the protection they once had and so sorely need. The Quincy, having realized the oppressive specter of the Shinigami is no more, are flourishing, and are fighting the Hollow-breeds with renewed vigor.
