[ AT A GLANCE ]
Height & Weight: 1,62m & 51kg
Hair & Eye Color: Dark, chocolate brown hair & emerald green eyes.
Birthday: 10th of December
To the few friends she has, and to her mother, Alexandra would go to the end of the world if they would ask her to. While forming a close bond with someone takes a while for the young woman, whenever one is formed it would be capable of withstanding some heavy storms.
Giving up isn’t a part of her. She knows what she’s capable of, and with which things she still has to wait; this knowledge only feeds her tenaciousness and enthusiasm in pursuing her goals.
Growth is necessary. Whether it has to do with her studies, her odd powers or her current obsession with finding out how the other part of the world works, Alexandra wants to reach new heights in everything.
There are a lot of things in the world she has no knowledge of, yet. It’s why she loves to travel, read and investigate; meeting new people gives her the opportunity to question them about the subject of her interest.
While not completely arrogant, Alexandra certainly has the tendency to feel rather satisfied about her achievements. Without really bragging about them, she can come across rather sharp if someone tries to tread on her in any possible way. Her cold demeanor stretches further than dealing with explicit conflict, whenever she feels like a point has to be proven or made, she won’t be afraid to show her displeasure by cutting off personal relations.
Unable to forget or forgive, she wouldn’t be afraid to undermine those who’ve wronged her.
Whenever things come down to dealing with enemies or traitors, Alexandra has no sympathy for any of them. She doesn’t feel guilty for hurting those who’ve deserved it in her eyes, neither does she feel obliged to show sympathy toward her enemies. For her it really comes down to a ‘us’ vs ‘them’ type of mentality.
Loyalties: Herself, for now.

December 10th, 2007 – Gets a square ring for her birthday from her father, who tells her to keep it on for safety reasons.
March 18th, 2008 – Her father passes away from lung cancer.
Late June of 2012 – Awakens her powers after an intensive trip caused by a hallucinogen where she runs outside and into a nearby park, just to witness the devouring of a soul by a Hollow.

November of 2013 – Meets an old spiritualist in Berlin (Hans), who helps her gain some more information on the Hollow-breeds.
Spring of 2014 – Visits one of Hans’ acquaintances in Rome, Pasquino, who’s aware of there being various types of those like ‘them’ (he’s very sensitive to reiatsu). Unconsciously, he was referring to the difference between the Quincy and other mortals.
October of 2015 – Travels to Japan, to reside in Karakura in hopes of finding out more about the spiritually aware after having read about Karakura Town being a magnet for ‘odd’ mortals.
September of 2016 – Transfers to the third year of journalism at Tokyo University (had to re-do the third course because of the ‘gap year’).
[ ON THE SURFACE ]
Being of average height for a female, Alexandra doesn’t quite stand out on that front. She has a slender body with a feminine shape, dark brown hair which brushes just a bit past her shoulders and tends to gain a deep bordeaux shine whenever kissed by the sun. Her skin is fairly pale and free of both freckles and any big birthmarks (as far as her face goes she doesn’t have any there, she has some little ones scattered across her body, two moles both the size of a quinoa grain can be found on her left wrist among some others on the back of her neck, her back and left ankle).
Favoring citrus type of smells and light, fruity perfumes, Alexandra often leaves a vague scent of lime or green apple, the former is because of the scrub she uses while the latter has to do with her favorite shampoo.
Her voice is pleasantly low, and she tends to keep it down even when getting upset. Something really has to be gravely amiss in order for her to raise her voice. This lack of ‘volume’ is corrected by her tendency to get slightly physical whenever it’s necessary. Instead of shouting a warning, she’s likely to grab someone by their shoulder to keep them from harm, for example.
In general she carries herself with a certain confidence which is noticeable in somewhat indifferent facial expression and the elegant, yet strong, movements of her body. It sometimes seems as if she never hesitates because of her motions flowing into each other without awkward breaks even when she’s caught by surprise.
Alexandra can mostly be seen wearing skinny jeans, ankle boots with a fairly thin heel and various types of blazers. Whenever it gets colder she opts for a woolen scarf and warm coat which reached till the middle of her thighs.
A pastel green surrounds her in a thin, evenly spread cloud of reiatsu whenever the young woman gets agitated, excited or angry. As it spreads the light fog gives off a bitter cold which turns one’s throat dry. It’s reminiscent of a sunny Spring day which seems cozy and warm until you leave the confines of your home and get struck by the awful cold still left by the Winter.
[ BEHIND THE EYES ]
Alexandra often sets a goal which she tries to reach by working hard and taking opportunities whenever they present themselves to her instead of dreaming about things or hoping for them to happen of their own accord. This frequently leaves her somewhat oblivious to the feelings of those somehow involved in working against her pursuing her goal. Because of this she could appear cheeky, arrogant and even rather cold to the outside world.
Whenever you get to know Alexandra you’ll see that she isn’t all about achieving goals and crushing those who stand in her way. The young brunette is demanding, but also very attentive, and protective to the ones she cares about. Should you gain her trust, she would do anything in order not to let you down.
To the outside world she’s fairly easy-going, friendly, polite, but slightly impatient and rather inquisitive. She’s mostly a pleasant company unless someone manages to offend her, which she might ignore but won’t forget or forgive easily, if at all.
Goals & Achievements: Finding others like her, learn about the extents of her ‘abilities’, figure out what’s made her (and others like her) the way she (they) is (are). Protecting souls from Hollow is on her list, but she realizes that she isn’t much of a challenge to them, hence, she tries not to jump into predicaments if she can help it.
[ GUARDIAN ANGEL ]
A square, stony ring with unknown runes carved into its smooth surface. Alexandra wears it around her right ring finger and barely ever takes it off. The stone has the color of wet asphalt with the runes looking black but turning out a deep navy blue in bright light. Taking up the entire space between the palm of her hand and the first following knuckle, the ring is quite striking and looks somewhat massive. On the inside one can find a small cross among the runes.
Aside from being able to absorb and manipulate reishi, Alexandra has the ability to corrode kishi into reishi in order to replenish her powers whenever necessary, or fuel her attacks. As her power develops further, she’ll be able to reverse the breaking down of kishi into reishi, while the former matter can definitely be reformed in shape, it’ll have to remain of the same consistency.
Example: corroding a pond, she won’t be able to create a house should she reverse the process (unless a house of water).
For now the weapon manifesting from reishi is a simple, elegant longbow.
[ LEGACY CREATED ]
Her parents met during a holiday in Spain, after traveling back and forth, her father (living in Russia) decided to move to Belgium in order to be closer to the love of his life. He was a businessman, she was an architect working for a firm that made money by renovating the exterior of older buildings, two years later, during a winter holiday in Russia, they’ve got a daughter: Alexandra.
Nothing about her childhood was any different from most kids her age. Living a street behind the Antwerp zoo, she often went there with friends to take pictures and play hide and seek as she turned a bit older. The only real crack in her life was when her parents divorced, she was six years old and didn’t want for her father to leave, yet he did. Eventually she grew used to spending a weekend or two a month with her dad, and life went on.
Becoming a teenager she spent less and less of her time with her father, while she still saw him once a month and on special occasions, their bond had started to water once he had decided to move back to Moscow. Before leaving, he gave her a gift for her 12th birthday: a square ring of stone. A talisman to protect, that’s how he had described it and made her promise to try not to take it off, especially not when being outside.
About a year after that he passed away from lung cancer without revealing to her that he was an outcast Quincy from a very small but ancient Russian Quincy clan: the Ryurik clan.
Rise to Power:
After a messy experiment with some LSD, she accidentally discovered her ability to shape some sort of weapon which came into existence in the form of a blast. The arrow-like ray of blue energy hit the Hollow which has been attacking the sole soul in the park, scaring the relatively small creature into hiding. After this, Alexandra believed that the drug hadn’t worn off, and couldn’t seem to understand what’s been happening to her. This has caused for her to go on investigations across the country in an attempt to find whether she was going crazy or something paranormal actually existed.
With the incident having triggered her growth, Alexandra started to become aware of the ‘ghosts’, Hollow and oddly clothed humans wandering through the world around her from time to time. Ignoring them to her best ability she struggled with the scenes where souls suffer by the hands of the ‘monsters’ and ended up mingling into ‘fights’ on multiple occasions. Picking them carefully, she managed to survive because of her fairly ‘hard’ body (Blut, which she isn’t aware of, yet).
Slowly growing in power, she gradually deepened her investigations once she got the freedom to travel. Because of that she was able to meet a few others like her. While the amount of information acquired was in no sense enormous, she found the bits and pieces enough of an encouragement to proceed with her search for answers.
Training herself to form the bow from her ring, she’s become relatively fast in summoning her weapon during emergencies. Still, the arrows created were fairly fragile, and Sasha mostly used them as distractions only.
Call to Action:
Her thirst for getting to know what she is, for getting a better grip on her abilities and gaining the potential power to vanquish the ‘enemy’ with their pierced bodies and hungry eyes has brought her to the spiritual center of Japan: Karakura Town. To both her surprise and relief, many creatures turned out to be wandering around the city and Alexandra has started to toy with the idea of making contact with some of them in hopes to get some answers.
While feeling insecure about whether or not the black robbed beings would be able to tell her any valuable information, or at least reveal to her who they were, she’s decided to take her chance and find one to question after experiencing the inability to move due to bone crushing pressures nearby.
Having come so close to the beacon of everything she’s been wondering about since the incident in the park, she’s decided to bury her fear and hesitation; there was no turning back, she wasn’t ‘normal’, it was time to take the leap forward.
