Spirit Manifestation (Mixed Power)- Stemming from the practice of Native American mysticism, Angeni’s mortal power allows her to interact with the spirit world in a variety of ways. The most prolific method being that she is capable of viewing, interacting, and communing with the spirits that inhabit the world parallel to the mortal world. Alongside this natural ability, thanks in part to her own practice and the tutelage she received via membership in The Vigilance and friendship with Kokuou, Angeni is capable of manipulating and molding the spiritual energy that flows through the world to suit her needs. She is capable of breaking down and restructuring spiritual power into other forms, whether it be for offensive or defensive purposes, and even calling forth spectral combatants to fight alongside herself and allies.
Beginner: Piercing Throw- +5 to Power/Precision per rank in Spirit Manifestation at 2 stamina per rank in Spirit Manifestation and +5 per range increase. 2 round cooldown.
Basic: Boost increased to +10 per rank in Mortal power.
Intermediate: Unlocks weapon creation capabilities as techniques. Reduces cooldown of Piercing Throw by one Round.
Advanced: Adds spectral summoning capabilities as techniques.
Master: Grants deconstruction/manipulation capabilities as techniques.
Grandmaster: Allows supplemental effects for Piercing Throw.
Name: Spirit Conjuring Level: First Release+ Relevant Skill: Spirit Manifestation Flavor: From her teenage years until the present, Angeni has had training in utilizing a wide variety of weaponry. Combining her training with the ability to manipulate and mold reiryoku, Angeni is capable of creating weapons out of this spiritual energy in order to arm herself as necessary. The weapons that can be created are as vast as her training and the weapons themselves are capable of functioning in the same manner that a steel crafted one would. She is able to further imbue the weapons with more spiritual power in order to increase their effectiveness, though she has not yet perfected the craft and thus the weapons tend to be slightly more brittle than their material counterparts. Depending on the type of weapon created, it is possible for her to simultaneously wield two smaller weapons if she chooses. Effect: Angeni creates a weapon composed of reiryoku that functions at her base Power and Precision. By paying 4 stamina per rank in Spirit Manifestation per round of the weapon(s) activation, she can increase the weapon(s)' Power and Precision by +10 per rank in her mortal power. Casting Time: 1 Action Duration: 3 Rounds Limitations: She cannot create projectile weapons such as guns, crossbows, etc. Only one-handed weapons can be dual-wielded. If dual-wielding, if one of the weapons are destroyed then the other is destroyed as well. They can be destroyed up an Equivalent or higher check. Cooldown: 1 Round. Stamina Cost: 4 per rank in Spirit Manifestation per round active.
Soothe the Spirit (Kaido) - None Angeni's training as a medicine woman and her ability to manipulate reiryoku become showcased in an exceptional display of healing ability through this skill. By manipulating the reiryoku of herself or her allies, she is able to imbue the affected energy with healing properties in order to mend inflicted injuries. Inciting the years of herbology training she has partaken in, she is also capable cleansing herself or allies of ailments and instilling renewed vigor into them to continue fighting.
Beginner: Unlocks Lesser Heal. All Kaidō spells may be used on the caster for an additional combat action. Basic: Lowers the cost of Lesser Heal by 5 Stamina. Unlocks Heal. Intermediate: Removes the extra combat action requirement to use Kaidō on the caster. Unlocks Greater Heal. Advanced: All Kaidō spells may be used on an additional target for no additional cost. Unlocks Flash Heal. Master: Removes the combat action requirement for Lesser Heal and lowers the cost (and additional cost) of Heal and Greater Heal by 5. Unlocks Purify. Grandmaster: All Kaidō spells may now be projected to Close Range at their original cost. Heal, Greater Heal, and Flash Heal now grant their target 10, 15, and 5 Stamina respectively when used on a target other than the caster. Casting time of Purify can be reduced to Instant if twice the stamina is paid. Lesser Heal 10 Stamina, Single Action Heals a wound at moderate or lower that has not been affected by Kaidō this round by one rank.

Stats and skills are good, though you might want to put some GP into your Power skill since, you know.
You can't use it if you have none as its rank.
Also, you need to put your other skills up there too, even fi you don't have a rank in them.

Power: If this is a mixed, I need to see the free technique like effect you get with it. otherwise this smells very Gateway.
Piercing Throw: DENIED. Yeah no. +10 Power/Precision per rank part is fine; increasing it by another +10 per range increment bit is not. +10/rank is pretty hard cap without some serious drawbacks, and you don't have any. Because seriously, that's not a drawback. Also: Instant attacks are a no. Change this up, big time, and then we'll talk about costs. If you need suggestions, you can come find me in the chat.
Spirit Conjuring: This... should not be based on Weapon Proficiency. You're using your power to create this thing; it should be based around your power skill. Other then that, it's not TO bad, though you need to add an action and duration to it, since this is technically a buff tech. I'll touch on the actually effect itself once the bits above are worked out.

Name: Reckless Grace Level: First Release+ Relevant Skill: Bringer's Light Flavor: Not always is it the best plan of action to be defensive. In some cases, simply being faster than your opponent can signal the turning of tides in your favor. One of the more obscure lessons taught by her brother during combat training, it involved the idea of abandoning defense in favor of "controlled recklessness", as her brother put it. Utilizing the natural grace groomed through rigorous physical training coupled with her ability to manipulate reiryoku allows her to drastically increase her own speed at the expense of foregoing defense. Effect: Angeni is capable of boosting her speed by +10 per rank in Bringer's Light for the next 3 Rounds. This is capable of stacking with other speed enhancing effects so long as the Absolute Cap is not surpassed. When the Absolute Cap is reached, any leftover points are discarded. Casting Time: Single Action Duration: 3 Rounds Limitations: None Cooldown: 2 Rounds Stamina Cost: 2/rank/round
Name: Ancestral Force Level: First Release+ Relevant Skill: Hakuda Flavor: Intensive focus and training comes to bear in the form of this ability. By both manipulating the reiryoku within her body and channeling the fury and strength of her ancestors, Angeni grants herself immense strength in order to crush her opponents. Although she's not particularly fond of utilizing the ability, she admits that the power of it is quite formidable. Unfortunately, in some aspects the fury of the ancestors that is channeled through her is not totally restrained, thus restricting her from intricately utilizing her power while it is active. There are lingering effects afterwards, requiring some time before her power stabilizes enough again to use it fully. Effect: Increases Angeni's Power and Precision by +10 per rank in Hakuda for three rounds. While active, she is restricted from using any of the creation aspects of her power. This is capable of stacking with other effects that boost Power and Precision up to the Absolute Cap. Any leftover points are discarded. Casting Time: Single Action Duration: 3 Rounds Limitations: Cannot utilize any creation aspects of Spirit Manifestation (Spirit Conjuring, future creation techniques, etc) during its activation. While this is on cooldown, the restriction continues for the duration. If there are leftover points from any stacked bonuses, the cooldown is increased by 1 round for every 10 points. Cooldown: 2 Rounds Stamina Cost: 4/rank + 2/round
Name: Excessive Force Level: First Release+ Relevant Skill: Hakuda Flavor: Angeni further channels the fury of her ancestors, supplementing her abilities even further. The past of her people are rife with conflict, murder, oppression, and injustices. By allowing the anger and hostility harbored by her ancestors of the centuries to guide her strikes, she is able to bypass armor and is thus allowed to strike with the full force of her blows. With each strike, using Angeni as their conduit, her ancestors attempt to make any opponents standing in her way feel the pain and sorrow that they felt over the years. Each crippling blow is dealt with crushing power in an attempt to break her opponents and leave nothing behind. Effect: By paying 5 stamina in addition to the opponent's armor cost, Angeni's physical unarmed attacks become capable of piercing armor. By checking Angeni's Hakuda rank against an opponent's Hierro rank, if the check is in her favor she may ignore said Hierro for an additional 3 stamina. The effect lasts 3 rounds and can be used in conjunction with other physical strike enhancing techniques. Casting Time: Single Action Duration: 3 Rounds Limitations: None Cooldown: 2 Rounds Stamina Cost: 5 + armor cost (+3)
Being attuned to the spiritual world has its advantages. Because of her connection to both her brother Chayton and the spirits of their ancestors, Angeni is under the constant protection of these benevolent guardians. At all times she is shielded by them. From birth, a blessing from above has been in place over Angeni. In comparison to her peers, her injuries seem to heal in half the time. It would appear that her ancestors are infusing her with their will to live, lessening the severity of her injuries and compelling her to continue forward in her search for knowledge and through life.

Advanced: Additional +10 Defense, decreases severity of Moderate Wounds by one rank

Even as a mystic, Angeni has had a connection with the elements of the world around her. Where before she was able to only manipulate the reishi and reiryoku of her surroundings, through greater study and even more intensive training and focus she has developed the ability to bend the very elements to her whim. Based on the same principles of her mortal power, rather than pulling the reiryoku and reishi from her surroundings and using their pure form, Angeni allows the elements to retain their physical form while shifting it to suit her needs. This revolves around controlling the elements of Earth, Fire, Air, and Water. Through greater focus, Angeni has even developed ways to create and manipulate these elements in any form they take.
