Statistical debuff, right, yes. Those are still a thing. Ignore my above post in its entiriety... I'll have the mechanic of my power and my zanjutsu technique mechanic edited after (hell, maybe even during) school today with some numbers and stamina that look purdy to yer eye. And hopefully to mine as well. I'm a bit of a scrooge when it comes to Stamina, y'see? Lol, no matter.

Mixed Ability mechanic edited alongside my second Zanjutsu Skill. Turned them into debuffs. Mixed Ability loweres Strength, Speed and Spirit by 20 points for 4 Stamina per instance (4 Stamina to lower speed, another 4 to lower strength) during a stat check against Katsu; exists as an action modifier, I believe it would? - can stack with Katsu's other techniques. Second Zanjutsu technique lowers the opponent's Strength during a Strength check against Katsu for 4 Stamina.

Thank you kindly for reiterating the cost, I think, but I already had that.
The debuff of 60 is not every round. My ability reads, "per instance," so I have the ability to debuff 20 from Strength, an additional 20 from Speed and an additional 20 from Spirit, though it is not guaranteed. Furthermore, I can't even think of a valid reason when all three even would be debuffed at one time anyway. The most I can see being affected at a single time is two stats: Speed for an opponent coming at me and then Strength for when they decide to physically attack me.
On the subject of actions, which I neglected to specify, I would like to point out that it does indeed cost a single action to use. Though I'm curious to see if perhaps I can milk it... if I decide to debuff more than one stat in the round, instead of paying more to debuff, could I perhaps follow this formula: x + d = p where x is anything greater than 1 stat (to default would be 2) added to the cost of the total debuff (default 4) to get the final price of blank?
2 Stat (Strength and Speed) + 4 Stamina (Debuff Cost) = 6 Stamina to debuff Strength and Speed for the round in only one action.

Let's try it a different way: quit being rude.
Why would I write in a way of negating the debuff? Try: don't attack Katsu. I'm not doing it for free, it's costing me Stamina to debuff them by a fairly low number. If I have to end up writing a way for them to disregard my debuff then I'm going to just rewrite it as a buff for Katsu instead and, in the end, get the same effect.

This is my first bout of being confrontational after I've gotten the "._." face and a "HAHAHAHAH no." I don't understand how that's not rude. I only asked for Nazomi not to be rude, which is how I took the face, the laugh and, "let's try this another way: no."
And fine, consider my Ability a boost to Katsu's Strength, Defense or Spirit by 20 Points per Instance of +20, with one Combat Action for each Instance.
EDIT: No, no. Not defense, why did I write that? Oops. Only Strength, Speed and Spirit.
Me saying no is an answer to your question. "No, you can't."
This is me being pleasant and polite.
Rewrite it, repost it in the complete form so I can look at it.
Parry: This makes no sense. You have it taking an action to use but being an action modifier (thus actionless) to throw on something else. It also reads like it's own technique. Just make it a buff to blocking attempts.

._. and HAHAHHAHA are not being polite, coupled with the snarky, "Let's try this another way. No." is also not polite. Had you just said no, I don't think I would have felt like you were being rude or snarky. - Edited.

Every round, Katsu can boost any Stat Checks he is involved in by 20 Points due to the powerful winds whipped up by the thunderstorm being used to aid Katsu's attacks and movements, including the speed and force behind a spiritual attack. Every instance of a raised Stat during a Stat Check Katsu is charged 4 Stamina; this ability is capable of stacking with Katsu's techniques below. Applies to every stat except Defense though, once again, must be paid for each instance. Costs one action per instance of use.

Should I just
Yeah I'll just...
Parry: Please specify 'blocking' and please make casting time 'instant' OR write 'Blocks at +20 Strength' and leave combat action as-is. I think you're getting confused between actions and action modifiers. Regardless, this does not have the flavor to apply to an offensive action and I'd like you to specify that in the effect field.
Power: This will not stack with Zanpakuto Resonance techniques. The skill cap applies. I'm unsure if the skill cap will cause you any issues considering the power in and of itself, but I'll tentatively sign off on it anyway? Regardless, this should be a debuff rather than a buff and should probably have an out clause of some sort, though I'm buggered if I can think of an appropriate one off the top of my head; my instinct is to say 'skill check' but that will backfire really easily here. Regardless, this flavor does not motivate making Katsu stronger, but his opponent weaker.

The flavor motivates making Katsu stronger in the same way it motivates making his opponents weaker. By blowing wind against someone, you slow them down. By blowing wind along side someone, you speed them up. If that still does not work with you, I will edit it again in some way, shape or form until it gets acceptable. I have another possible flavor description that will help it work.

Considering you have several Zanpakuto Resonance techniques that would be wasted with this as a constant effect, I would strongly recommend reworking this power to something that does not involve a statistical effect, be it a buff or debuff. Intermediate Zanpakuto Resonance only entitles you to a total of 30 points modified by the skill to any given check regardless of how many techniques are combined, unless you specifically have a technique or power that drawbacks itself in some way to exceed that limit. Simply stating that you want to, as you've done here, isn't acceptable.
I'd strongly recommend thinking something else up to suit the flavor, or making this a Direct power.
Change Parry's casting time to Instant; you block with your sword, that's already using an action, you don't need to use another.
